Terms and Conditions Registration and Admission: Applicants will be considered as candidates for Admission and Entry to the School when the registration form has been completed and returned to Us and the non-returnable Registration Fee paid. Admission will be subject to the availability of a place and the Pupil and the Parents satisfying the admission requirements at the relevant time. If a child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School’s terms and conditions for the provision of education services which will bind us (as the holders of parental responsibility for him/her) in the event (and from the moment) that we accept the place. Where applicable, the School may request from our child's present school or educational institution: (a) information and a reference in respect of our child; and/or (b) information about any outstanding fees and/or supplemental charges. The School may process any personal data about us (or either of us) and our child, including sensitive personal data about our child (such as medical details) for the purposes of administering its list of prospective pupils and its registration, selection and/or admission procedure, including as set out Those who have Parental Responsibility (i.e. legal responsibility for the child) are entitled to receive relevant information concerning the child whether or not they are a party to this contract unless a court order has been made to the contrary, or there are other reasons which justify withholding information to safeguard the best interests and welfare of the child Equality: The School is a mainstream, day school for boys and girls aged from 12 to 18 years. Payment of Fees: The Parents jointly and severally agree to pay the Fees applicable to each Term directly to the School. Except where a separate agreement has been made between the Parents and the School for the deferment of payment of Fees, Fees for each Term are due and payable as cleared funds before the commencement of the School Term to which they relate.
